Every session and milestone is tracked—your workouts, reps, and progress are all logged in your private client portal. Every quarter, we’ll do a full fitness assessment so you can see real, objective improvement. This isn’t about chasing perfection; it’s about steady progress for long-term strength and health.

Just a little space and the desire to get stronger! I bring all the equipment you’ll need for a safe, effective workout—indoors or outdoors. Sessions are fully personalized, whether you’re in your living room, backyard, or at a park.
